Workshop for non-physicians
The first day of COME 2013 will be dedicated to a pre-conference workshop, in which you will have the unique opportunity to attain theoretical and practical training on the most competent approaches to medical error disclosure. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in peer groups to evaluate various disclosure styles with accompanying feedback from disclosure experts, physicians, and patients. This workshop constitutes an excellent opportunity for you to enhance your institution’s communication skills and culture in response to adverse events, and demonstrates your commitment to enhancing patient safety.
Space is limited, so do not hesitate to register now by sending us the attached leaflet. We look forward to welcoming you at the COME 2013 pre-conference workshop in March!
