Open registration closes on 15 February 2013

All COME 2013 accepted speakers and non-presenting applicants need to register and pay for the conference. Open registration runs until 15 February 2013 and is accessible under the following link: http://www.bi.id.ethz.ch/. Registration is immediately followed by payment (credit card or bank wire). All speakers and non-presenters need to register their attendance at COME 2013 prior to the conference. It is not possible to register or pay on site.

 

Conference fees

Regular Rate           CHF 1150

Accommodation & meals

The above registration rates include accommodation (residential or off-site) for 4 nights, all meals, coffee and tea breaks, the conference welcome reception, conference banquet and award ceremony, and two cultural events. Overnight stays prior or following COME 2013 and any meals not mentioned in the conference program are not included. For attendees staying at off-site hotels, shuttle transportation from and to the conference facilities will be arranged free of charge.

 

Cancellation policy

Until 6 months prior to the beginning of the Conference: No penalty

  • From 6 months to 3 months prior to the beginning of the conference: penalty 30% of the registration fee
  • From 3 months to 15 days prior to the beginning of the conference: penalty 70% of the registration fee
  • From 15 days to the beginning of the conference: penalty 90% of the registration fee

The conference organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying person), either during, or as a results of, the conference. Registration fees do not include insurance. By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the above terms and conditions.
